• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Working with organization to develop a recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Preparing job offers.
• Networking with various institutions and social media.

HR Recruiter Requirements:

• Candidate who has worked as an Agent in International BPO and have good network of agents will be preferred
• A minimum of 6 months and maximum of up to 2.5 years of relevant recruitment experience in Kolkata.
• Have a good network of agents.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
• Excellent record keeping.
