JOB SUMMARY

The role entails overseeing the overall aspects of GB branches RM Channel including distribution operations, administration and sales. The role bearer is responsible for guiding the GB branches RMs in assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities. The role bearer must develop and nurture the talent of GB branches Relationship Managers for the larger RM channel objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Anticipates and tracks sales & operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
  • Manages day to day activities of the RM channel while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis and risk management.
  • Plays a significant role in long to medium term planning, campaign status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
  • Works closely with Zonal Head / Regional Head /National Sales Head/ HODs on other special planning and departmental projects.
  • Oversees and reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
  • Supports back-office and firm-wide training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Share knowledge with other RM branches and head office on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the RM channel, branch and Bank.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
  • Establish the Bank and the brand in the catchment area by doing innovative marketing activities.
  • Ensuring GB Branch RM channel achieving overall product targets for the Bank – CASA number, NTB Value, RTD, Cross sell, TPP and other products.
  • Ensuring that GB branches Relationship Managers Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.
  • Managing customer centric approach & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
  • Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers.
  • Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Facilitate a customer centric approach and achieve/exceed the defined targets
  • Monitoring GB branches RM channel network expansion as per the defined business plan.
  • Ensuring premium account penetration reach at desired level.
  • Responsible for filling manpower gap of RM channel in GB branches.
  • Responsible for NTB quality acquisition by RMs in GB branches.
  • Ensure GB branch visit as per visit plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the bank.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

Min. Graduate.

Masters of Business Administration in any specialization (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with Team Handling experience.
