1.Provide statutory support regarding the matters related to EPF & ESI.

2.Coordinate with the Statutory consultant.

3.Good understanding of Bonus and Gratuity.

4.Good understanding of minimum wage.

5.Effective verbal , written communication and presentation skills

6.Competency in MS Office especially Excel.

7.Assisting in Recruitment.

8.Manage the employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

Skills & Experience-

1 Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Statutory Compliance(PF,ESI,Gratuity,Bonus).

2 Basic knowledge of Minimum Wage Act.

3 Female candidates are preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
