Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our web and mobile app development services, digital marketing solutions, and graphic design services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and more.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and improve our marketing efforts.
• Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Strong understanding of website and mobile app development, digital marketing, and graphic design
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving marketing goals.
