JOB DESCRIPTION
Presales Executive(GEM)
- To ensure information about customer demands and available resources of supply and creating a compelling proposal that meets the requirements while also standing out from the competition.
- Study analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinate with the Production & Supply Heads for the overall cost/profit assessment and bid decision.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
- Improving the lead funnel by extracting tenders from GeM portal/ RPA tool and passing on to relevant team members.
- Creation of Reseller network on the portal and regular updation of all distributors.
- Working in co-ordination with Sales, Account Managers and Project Managers.
- Co-ordination with all team (Sales team, technical team) to process bid/Tender related activities and PO related process.
- Regularly providing training to sales team as well as end users to improve adoption of newer techniques and functionalities on GeM.
- Co-ordination with team members for updation of new categories and regular maintenance activities.
- Follow-up and upload of all bid related documents/ representations/ quoting on the portal.
- Processing all orders received from the portal and completing the required invoicing process.
- Co-ordination with internal team as well as external team and giving them complete backend support.
- Search and updation of new competitor products on the portal.
- Maintaining funnel report & MIS.
- ABILITY TO REGISTER COMPANIES ON GEM & LIST PRODUCTS ON GEM.
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING ON GEM PORTAL
Qualification: Graduation.
