Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies.
- To attract candidate and act as a partner with business to effectively and efficiently implement the mobilization strategies that result in a high caliber workforce in the organization.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). We use Keka as the HR software

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
