About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging in handling inbound calls for US travelers (Spanish speaker)
2. Converting reservation query calls to sales calls
3. Identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should be experts in the Spanish language (B2 level)
2. Should be flexible with day and night shift
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
4. Possess excellent Spanish communication skills

Perks:

1. On completion of 6 months in the company, the intern will get a certificate & an opportunity for full-time employment in Webvio with a minimum salary hike of 50% and a maximum of 200% salary hike depending on the performance during the internship
