IATA (International Air Transport Association) Training will be provided to the candidates. How to Use GDS (Global Distribution System) to Book a new Ticket, Postpone a new ticket, etc.
JOB ROLE:
Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US Travel Process.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Converting Reservation query calls to sales calls.
Ability to Identify Opportunities and Implement Process Improvements
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILES
Should have minimum B2 level for Fresher.
Possess excellent Spanish communication skills.
Possession of strong work ethics and professional attitude.
Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Standard degree (Higher Secondary)
