Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To attend all the visitors, staffs and students at reception and guide them.
• To Counsel the parents and students who come for admission and general queries
• During admission cycle need to manage and maintain enquiries, follow up, counselling of parents and conversion of inquiries to admissions
• Handling phone calls in a pleasant and informed manner for the purpose of providing information and handling enquiries
• Managing the email, Whatsapp and telephone message system
• To Assist the office of school as & when required and take up other administrative works as assigned by Authorities.
• Timely report generation and submitting to management
• To assist Principal and school management in Council related and day to day activities like organizing files, making copies etc.

Desired Candidate profileCandidate must have minimum 2-3 yrs of Admission Counselling experience in School/ Academic InstitutionsMin qualification – Bachelor’s Degree . Masters degree will be an added qualificationMBA with excellent communication skills can also apply.Previous experience in School Reception/ Counselling/ Marketing / Communication role (In Education Industry) will be added advantageExcellent Command over English- Verbal and written.Candidate must be from English BackgroundCandidate should be a team player and presentableJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
