Overview of the Role
BA Claim Processing Team is seeking Temporary Process Associates to adjudicate and process FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) claims with the desiered accuracy and efficiency in the peek time of the year (Oct/Nov to Mar). This position will report to the Claim Processing Supervisor.
- Process claims with high standard of quality and efficiency.
- Enter and process participant reimbursement requests daily in the claims processing system.
- Review participants’ submitted material and determine if it meets applicable guidelines for appropriate reimbursement.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Work as a team member to achieve service levels for daily claims entry.
- Track and document daily work tasks/ issues and communicate them with the rest of the team.
- Prepare documentation as and when required.

Required Skills
- Strong data entry and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to comprehend and apply rules-based decision making.
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
- Capacity to rapidly learn new software and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Able to work independently.

Preferences
- Prior experience processing Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement claims.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerece / Science)
