Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to join our Telco BSS team!
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions for large scale BSS Transformation ecosystem. You will leverage your deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, CRM, OM, EPC, CPQ, Billing, Online charging, Number management systems, and enterprise software to create innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Integration:
- Design and develop end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with various BSS components including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), provisioning, and network elements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate smooth data exchange and communication between disparate systems.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Possess strong knowledge of SFI, Siebel, Amdocs, Compax, Oracle BRM concepts for BSS system.
- Proficiency in JAVA, Springboot, Elastic stack is an added advantage
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Document solutions with clear and concise diagrams, flowcharts, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing billing solutions using SFDC/SFI, Oracle Siebel, Amdocs, Netcracker, E\ products.
- Experience in EPC, CRM, CPQ, OM, Service Assurance, Billing, TMF API, ODA
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Provide solutions for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties

Understand complex digital solutions and clearly communicate those solutions at both technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions

Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience

Take complete ownership of the HLD which includes process flows, sequence diagrams, API/Event data model mapping and system impacts as per internal template

Provide project complexity with T-Shirt sizing to requests from demand management with High level approach as needed
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in Telco operator domain, with at least 3 years in solution designer role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing BSS architectures for large-scale systems.
