Act as SME for team in resolving complex issues, changes in tools, automation, etc.
Responsible for new Transitions
Close coordination with clients on all operational matters
Responsible for Hiring, retention, growth path of team members
Drive implementation of Automation projects to improve Productivity and efficiencies in team Open to work in US / flexible working shifts as per process requirements’
Excellent communication, people management, Team handling
Domain knowledge / Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
