You’ll be trained and responsible for:
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Monitor the HR department’s budget
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an HR intern or freshers can also apply
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
- Understanding of leadership.
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
