· Candidate with 3-5 years of experience in the field of Sales of Beverage in FMCG Industry.
· Planned visit as per requirements
· Target and Growth Oriented applicants may only apply.
· Should be good in marketing activities like Branding, Organising Dealer Meets.
· Managing key accounts with dealer’s sales & service related issues and developing & deliver sales plan together to increase the revenue.
· Should conduct and Ensure induction & training to the Partners sales team and other Skill development training programs for SO/SE
· Should identify, shortlist & select new partners as per perquisites of the company
· Handling distributors.
· Responsible for increasing the primary sales for a given territory area.
· To study market trends and generate new opportunities through marketing tools, activities.
· Ensure monthly Sales targets ( Primary & secondary ) are achieved thru the sales team and Partners
· Review, Monitor and Guide performance of each SO / SE & also Partners sales team.
· Should have own two wheeler with valid DL
· Good Communication skills (Bangla, Hindi and English)
· Should be good in Recruitment, Training, Coaching, Motivation, Goal Setting & retention skills.
· Candidates having experience in handling the products like Juice, Cold drink, are only preferred,
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
