Roles and Responsibilities as IT Recruiter.

• Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements for Kolkata & Ahmedabad offices.

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions

• Updated about technologies of the company requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

• Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team.

• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement

• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding company requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

• Maintain close contact with candidates & offshore team.

• Technical Graduate (Fresher)
