Job Title: Area Manager – Life Insurance (Direct Vertical)

Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and guide the sales team towards achieving growth targets and revenue goals within the direct vertical of prominent life insurance firms.
- Foster a motivating environment, coaching team members to enhance performance and ensure high engagement levels.
- Business Development:
- Conduct joint sales calls with team members to drive business acquisition and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Strategically develop and implement sales and marketing plans to optimize performance across the designated area.
- Distribution Network Oversight:
- Build and oversee a robust distribution network to maximize sales efficiency and expand market reach effectively.
- Compliance and Operational Excellence:
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards within the team.
- Review customer documentation, handle claims investigations, and propose innovative solutions to streamline operational processes.
- Collaboration and Process Enhancement:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to streamline processes and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Engage proactively with HR and key decision-makers at corporate clients to understand their needs and foster strong business partnerships.
- Performance Evaluation and Development:
- Provide constructive feedback on sales team performance, support professional development initiatives, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in a managerial role within the life insurance sector, with a focus on direct sales.
- Strong leadership abilities, demonstrating effectiveness in motivating and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data to drive strategic decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
