Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation located in Barasat-I. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the EWS/LIG segment. The role involves identifying opportunities in the informal economy and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote affordable housing finance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Relationship Building skills
  • Understanding of the informal economy and EWS/LIG customer segment
  • Experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Knowledge of housing finance products and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
