Job Responsibilities:-

  • Provide assistance to international clients on email, chats or verbally.
  • Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
  • Take ownership of customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
  • Document knowledge as solution articles.
  • Master the use of help desk software.

Job Requirements:-

Education:-

B.SC/M.SC/B.TECH/BBA/ MBA

Skills:-

  • Excellent English Communication is a must.
  • International client handling experience would get preference.
  • Competent technical knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to honor deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to support.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same domain is mandatory.
