Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee and manage office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Calendar and Meeting Management:
Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team members as required.
Documentation and Filing:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and vendors.
Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications.
Assist in HR-related activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and workshops.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
