About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on sourcing people for our client companies using different techniques like job portals, headhunting, references, the internet, advertisement, etc.
2. Work on conducting a technical screening of CVs received through e-mails
3. Work on matching profiles with our client’s requirement
4. Work on monitoring the entire process of sourcing till the final placement of the candidate
