Job Description

  • Help oversee same-day delivery operations across Kolkata.
  • Lead dark store/delivery fleet teams & launch of new dark stores across
  • Kolkata, as per the expansion plan.
  • Work closely with clients and support them in expansion/growth across Kolkata.
  • Ensure a streamlined supply chain to drive ~100% success rate in same-day deliveries & meet SLAs across the city.
  • Lead all metrics related to reliability, customer experience & cost as per business needs. Develop & implement SOPs with a customer-centric focus.
  • Oversee weekly audits and MIS reporting to Management.
