We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager, Business & Commercial, to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. You will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our AIML products by leading a team of inside sales representatives and securing high-value deals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a high-performance environment.
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for AIML products, focusing on value-based selling and customer needs identification.
- Prospect and qualify leads, conducting needs assessments and identifying potential customers within large conglomerates.
- Negotiate and close complex commercial deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Adani AI Labs and the customer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large conglomerates.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and create accurate business forecasts.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and AIML advancements.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle for complex technology solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
- Basic understanding of business processes and decision-making structures within large conglomerates.
- Experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the potential of AIML solutions.
