Purpose:

The Marketing Head for Adani AI Labs in Kolkata will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with 12-14 years of experience in the Technology Sector, preferably in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing plans to promote the company’s products and services while aligning with Adani’s values of innovation, sustainability, and diversity.

Experience:

12-14 years of Marketing experience in the Technology Sector

Proven track record of successful marketing strategies in the Artificial Intelligence industry

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high-performing marketing team

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of the company’s Artificial Intelligence products and services

Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Artificial Intelligence industry

Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, and white papers

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners

Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics

Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, integrating innovative approaches into the marketing plans

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand reputation and network with potential clients.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a relevant discipline (preferred)

Certification Required:

Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing

Certifications in Artificial Intelligence or Technology Marketing (preferred)
