Key Deliverables
- Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales & distribution activities to ensure revenue & sales objectives for the Zone
- Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
- Manage the portfolio of higher denomination recharges and other products like Airtel Money, Airtel TV etc.
- Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width & depth of distribution
- Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team
- Drive cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and Net Revenue for the zone
- Coordinate and plan with the network team to ensure seamless network connectivity for the customers

Educational Qualifications

Work Experience
- 8 – 10 years of work experience – 5 years in Telco Sales / FMCG or related industry
- Team Managerial experience and must have led a sales/ marketing/ product group
