Manage and maintain the company’s facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other properties.
Develop and implement plans for preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
Oversee facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for building repairs, upgrades, and construction projects.
Develop and manage the facility budget, including tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and negotiating contracts with vendors.
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, HR, IT, and finance, to ensure that facilities are meeting the needs of the organization.
Manage and supervise the housekeeping and security staff to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Develop and implement plans for space planning and utilization, including moves, relocations, and furniture installations.
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a large, complex organization.
Strong knowledge of building and property management, including maintenance, security, and space planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Proven track record of managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other facility management software.
