• Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
• Develop and coordinate the company sales, sales selling cycle and methodology.
• Promote a personal and organizational brand that sets our services apart from our competitors.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
• Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
• Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

• MBA or PGDM degree from premium institutes like IIMs /NITIE /ISB /FMS /MDI /IIFT/XLRI/XIMB.
• Min 7 years of experience in sales and marketing (B2B Segment).
• Must be a start-up enthusiast.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset. Ability to work independently.
• Passion for meeting new people and building relationships.
• Skills in strategic, focused and low-cost marketing
• Skills in creative and innovative designing
• Interested in field visits and real time problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multi-task and work in tight deadlines
