- Design and Execution of Instructor Led learning interventions
- Create the monthly training calendar for the allocated region based on the specific training requirements of the functions
- Deliver technical and soft skills trainings to internal employees, outsourced/contractual staff as well as intermediaries and other partners – meet the man-day and minimum feedback score targets
- Lead new training initiatives by designing, structuring and executing as per the requirements.
- Collect training feedback for every training session and study the outcomes and share inputs as required
- Adhere to all the timelines and training related SOPs and ensure standardization of training delivery and content for the region
- Prepare design modules, training roadmaps for the each of the sales channels as part of the core sales training team
- Stakeholder management
- Collaborate with the various channel SPOCs to gather the training requirements and finalize the content
- Coordinate with the assigned LOB SPOCs for training dates and participation numbers
- Publish the monthly/quarterly training calendar for the region with the internal channel SPOCs to ensure good participation in the training programs
- Effectively resolve queries of training participants especially external partners such as intermediaries, agents, dealers, relationship managers etc. to maintain equity in customer service delivery.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Review analytics for learning engagement and training effectiveness regularly for the region
- Use insights from analytics to recommend revisions to the program design for better outcomes
- Provide analytics to Cluster Heads and Zonal Heads for their teams to improve learning engagement on a monthly basis
- Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews with function head and own team
- Team development
- Evaluate team performance to ensure standardization of training content and delivery
- Establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics, and regularly review individual performance
- Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge
