- Business strategy and planning
- Managing tie-ups with Maruti dealers/ OEMs/ financing companies to expand market reach of the region.
- Understanding the market within the region to identify potential partners and creating new business opportunities by pitching and liaising with them.
- Ensuring implementation of the most effective Model/ fuel Type Mix and closely monitoring the same to maintain profitability.
- Maintaining relationship with the Maruti dealers to increase penetration levels and quantum of business. Assisting the team in query resolution regarding claims TAT and servicing.
- Performing Training Need Analysis for the dealers and delivering training accordingly.
- Regional review
- Daily, monthly and quarterly review with team to monitor achievement of individual targets, discuss common customer issues and provide quick resolution of the same.
- Ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Conducting periodic reviews with partners to drive business numbers and increase understanding of profitability and along addressing any concerns accordingly.
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts and rolling the same out quarterly
- Settling of Final Statement of Accounts
- Sharing MIS/ reports on Captive/ Non-Captive business with Dealers/ OEMs.
- Relationship management
- Devising plans to grow existing partner relationships and expand reach in the region to increase opportunities
- Engaging with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels.
- Team development
- Involvement in recruitment process to identify the right talent
- Regularly review individual performance of the team
- Identifying and creating development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge and assist them on the field to impart on-the-job training.
