Responsibilities :
– Meet & exceed business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them.
– Identify developer funding opportunities from existing and new relations
– Maintain number and volume turnover through a high level of customer engagement, thereby meeting & exceeding business targets through optimum product mix and quality of sourcing
– Facilitate underwriting of CF proposals by conducting personal discussions with the developers and through physical inspection of the projects.
– Collaborate with the credit team on projects by projecting cash flows and financial viability
– Coordinate with external interfaces like lawyers & valuers for technical and legal analysis
– Coordinate with risk departments for developer funding proposals.
– Proactively understand customer needs and structure loans as per the requirements ensuring smooth disbursement
– Efficiently manage customer accounts for all pre and post-sales activities like NOC, customer repayments, etc.
– Display customer centricity by executing all customer interface processes within defined timelines
