Job Purpose: Supervising and managing Plant dispatch operations effectively. Supervising 3PL operations and ensuring KPIs adhered as per the norms and terms and conditions.

Supervising: Ensuring KPIs

• Supervising and Managing the dispatch Operations effectively.
• Ensuring timely Stocks planning and execution as per available STOs.
• Follow up with the transporters ensuring >95% placement execution on daily basis.
• Transporter’s Performance Evaluations and Feedback.
• Managing actuals v/s budget in Rs/KL
• Resolving 3PL and Transporter’s Queries and Issues.
• Improving efficiency in all operation parameters with different methods.
• Managing Damages/Shortages and improving the processes to reduce the same.

Technical / Administrative Support

• Provide technical support – implementing SOPs/ working practices as per norms suggested by organization.
• Onboarding of transporters- negotiating freight.
• Preparing and managing budget cost.
• Implementing best practices across industry.
• Reviewing operations by conducting weekly meetings.
• Review and supervise, compliances along with 3PLS.

Skills Required

• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work proactively and flexibly, individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
• Dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• Visiting depos/customers as per requirement.

Experience

• Min 10-12 years of experience in managing factory operations or 50K-100K sqft of warehouse.
