CENITPRO is looking for HR-Professional, as a part of this team you’ll be responsible to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities: –
Ensuring optimum utilization proper resources sending bulk mails on jobsites as well as sourcing resumes.
Strong experience of hiring for IT/Digital Marketing candidate hiring Knowledge about technical skills required to fill a particular position.
Prepares and manages the Weekly- Recruitment reports in accordance with the timeline
Collaborates with the hiring staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, Date of Joining and other pertinent details
Secondary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees, executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance management
Administer new employee On-boarding (including document collection) and induction activities
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Head Human Resource
Email follow-up related to Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
Support in the Confirmation and Exit Process of employees.
Requirements: –
Proven 1 to 4 Years of experience from IT Background
Experience working in an agency environment
Team mentality, proactive, problem-solving mindset
