Job Role:
The role is accountable for the day-to-day activities for the client in accordance with overall company policy. Major parts of the day-to-day activities would include creating a pool of prospective distributor network, ensuring primary & secondary sales as per plan, ensure feet on street of distributors, coordination with key outlets, managing scheme communication, Distributor ways of working, distributor claims and resolving escalations of outlets with distributors.
- Creating a pool of prospective distributors in the agreed geographies
- Increase in outlet coverage / Line Selling / Perfectstorestemplate implementation
- Sales – Primary and Secondary Sales, Handling all the channels
- Ensure 100% attendance of distributor’s Salesman / Associates/ KAM
- Adhere to contactstrategy norms with all customers within the territory
- Get details of schemesto be executed at distributor and retail outlet level & cascade the same to the associates in the MOC meetings
- Facilitation and identification ofrelevant POSM,store facade, fixtures and any other promotional / marketing materials for all trades
- Keep a track on day to day sales number i.e. distributors &Associates wise
- Contribute to development ofspecific Markets /channels as perrequirements for the business in agreed geographies.
- Coordinate with all the Distributors on monthly basis for forecasting for Articles.
- Ensure that monthly Benchmark of the Articles/Price are done & all stakeholders are informed if any issues are there in market/ Geographies.
- Audit/ Verification need to be done for the Visibility spend in respective Markets
- Appointment &Control Attrition of Associates.
- Competition Benchmarking & Highlight to BDM on Weekly basis
