Responsibilities : –
1. Responsible for meeting assigned targets
2. Shortlist resumes, administer relevant tests and conduct Interviews for the entry level positions
3. Conducting reference checks; flagging off any discrepancies
4. Develop and maintain relevant documentation of recruitment practices
5. Send regular feed back to the consultants on the status of the candidates sourced by them.
6. Initiating Joining Formalities for Pan India Hiring in Corporate
7. Can work in extreme pressure.
