1. Job Summary: As a Service Boy at our trampoline park, you will be responsible for providing
exceptional customer service by serving food and non-alcoholic drinks to customers, taking
orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This position is full-time and salaried.

2. Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them to their designated seating areas.
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring to note any special requests or
dietary restrictions.
– Deliver orders to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
– Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions when requested.
– Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints in a
professional manner.
– Clear tables and reset them for new guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the
dining area.
– Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and communicate any
shortages or discrepancies to management.
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of
customers and colleagues.
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
– Assist in other areas of the trampoline park as needed, including but not limited to cashier
duties, cleaning tasks, and event support.

Requirements
– Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
customers and colleagues.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the
trampoline park’s operating hours.
– Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift items
– Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
– Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
– Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in [your location].
