Job Description:
Responsible to respond immediately to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
Reply all enquiry emails come through Marketing Websites.
Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms at a cost best suited for them.
Responsible for customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
Responsible for coordinating between other departments to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints, such as:
Contact the technical department to deal with any product or technical queries.
Forwarding the purchase order to accounts department & coordinating with them for preparing PI / Invoice.
Contact with the logistics / dispatch department to know & update dispatch details Etc…
Prepare tracker of all enquiries & other different reports as per the instruction of sales manager & submit the same on time
Coordinate with clients to solve their problems. Sometimes, he/she might be responsible for handling complex issues regarding complaints of sold products.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
