JOB DESCRIPTION :

• COMMUNICATE WITH THE EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS VIA OUR CRM PLATFORM THROUGH EMAIL, TEXT, CALL, OR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS.
• WORK CLOSELY WITH COMPANIES, CLIENTS, AND CHANNEL PARTNERS AND EXECUTE THE SALES AND GROWTH OF THE COMPANY.
• CREATE STRATEGIES AND FULFIL MONTHLY achievements.
• VISIT CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS AND SOLVE THEIR INQUIRIES.
• FINISH AND CLOSE ALL SUPPORT TICKETS.
• DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THE ISSUES.
• UNDERSTAND THE BILLING METHOD AND COMPLETE THE INVOICING.

LOCATION: SALT LAKE, SEC – V

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• You have 2+ years of working experience in CRM/online marketing/campaign management for the financial sector or experience in the loan sector in BL/PL or mortgage one.
• Even talented freshers can join if you have good COMMUNICATION skills and computer knowledge, but it must not be your first job.
• must not be more than 30 years old.
• Both Men/Women can apply
• Responsible, structured and precise work attitude, with great attention to detail
• Proactive can-do attitude, problem-solving skills and good team player with optimistic behaviour.
• Analytical skills are a plus, confident user of Excel/Google sheets, Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bangla/English additional languages will be counted on as well.
• Good Sense of Physical as well as Virtual Representation.
• Good knowledge of Subjective and descriptive matter.
