Total experience needed 5-10 years out of which 5 years of independently factory of established mithai chains dealing in Indian sweets/snacks/namkeen etc

1. should be able to work for 10-12 hours .

2. should be flexible with early mornings or late night shifts also at times

3. Preferably if he can stay back during festival times if required.

4. Preferably bike driven or flexibility to stay back

5. Degree/Diploma / Bachelor/ Bsc in Hotel Management/Food Tech/Chemistry Graduate

6. Must have worked in Mithai Industry / factory of a leading brand /national brand

7 . Accommodation can be provided if anyone from outside city wants to relocate

– Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

.- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs

– Maintain safe and clean work environment & premises

-ensure raw material availability

– ensure profitability of the factory

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
