CRM/CX Candidate Specification Should have experience in Industry of 14+ years with at least 7+ years of CRM/CX Solutioning Experience Preferably worked with leading Digital IT Solutions company CRM Consultant / Architect certifications in Salesforce/Other CRM Platforms is required Solutioning Experience in Salesforce platforms will be added advantage Ability to drive the CRM Solution and Estimation with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently Relevant Salesforce/CRM project experience would be an added advantage
