Job Summary

We are looking for Vendor Onboarding executives for a Leading Outstation cab provider.

Job Requirements
Should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
The work would be to handle calls professionally.
Experience in Onboarding services is preferred.
Should be well versed in Hindi and English both.
Knowing other regional languages will be an added advantage
A prior experience of BPO/Call center is preferable.
Should be flexible with timings – open to rotational shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties
Talk to our internal customers – vendors and drivers.
Help them onboard themselves and their cabs with Gozo.
Train them on our processes
Respond to their queries.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Call Center Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
