Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dynamic and passionate Contact Center Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests over the phone or through digital channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from guests regarding reservations, bookings, and general inquiries.
2. Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
3. Use effective communication skills to provide accurate information and assistance to guests.
4. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to create a positive experience for every guest interaction.
5. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and deliver creative solutions.
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest service.
7. Follow company policies and procedures to uphold the standards of Hilton hospitality.
8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
2. Energetic and passionate attitude towards providing excellent customer service.
3. Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Ability to think innovatively and creatively to address guest needs and concerns.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual setting.
8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
