The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of Icertis while working remotely from their home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Document customer interactions and feedback for review by management.
5. Utilize company tools and resources to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Provide feedback to leadership on trends and recurring issues observed during customer interactions.

Requirements:
