He would be stationed at site and would be responsible to day to day co-ordination at site with the consultants, vendors and landlord. A break up of Job description is below

• Adhere to Project Scheduling – Ensure adherence to project scheduling and provide inputs to the Project Manager for overall integration with Project Master plan.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring – Track vendor deliverables against timelines agreed upon; Daily tracking and Weekly updates to be given to Project Manager. Report the quantity and quality of works in a daily/ weekly report format.
• Commissioning & Handover – Assist the Project Manager in commissioning and handover.
• Statutory Compliance – Support in obtaining necessary local approvals (such as building plan approval, factories inspector for drawings/layouts); Follow up with laisioning consultants and compile all documentation.
• Reporting / MIS – Ensure all reports are made and sent on time

Experience Required : *

• BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
• Min 4 – 5 years of experience in site execution, Auto CAD and Quantity survey
• Experience in road construction, granite works, canopy, pavers, landscape and external development
• Experience in handling consultant and managing client relations

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹750,000.00 per year
