Job Description:
Larsen & Toubro is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong analytical skills and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
