• Technical queries and BID evaluation on Vendor offer.
• Proficiency in international codes like ASHARE, BS etc.
• Sound knowledge of various equipment and system.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC / refrigeration cycle system.
• Vendor document review
• Interface with other discipline (FDs).
• Resolution to site queries.
• Participation in various review (design review / Value engineering workshop)
• Issue of internal deliverable (electrical & civil load list etc.)

• Interface with other functional Discipline (FDs).
• Issue of internal deliverable (electrical & civil load list etc.)
• Provide technical response to other Functional Departments.
• Interface with EPC contractors, client, project management consultants (PMC) and suppliers.
