Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Trainer who is proficient in delivering both theoretical and practical training on bodyshop equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bodyshop tools and machinery, possess OEM training expertise, and be open to frequent travel between multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver theoretical and practical training on bodyshop equipment.past experience in training sessions to ensure the highest level of service and technical proficiency.Provide hands-on demonstrations and workshops on the latest techniques and equipment used in vehicle body repair.Ensure that all trainees are proficient in the safe and efficient use of bodyshop equipment.Collaborate with bodyshop managers and teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in bodyshop technology and tools.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bodyshop equipment training, with hands-on experience in bodyshop environments.Training Experience: Must have conducted training sessions and be familiar with their standards.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of bodyshop equipment, including frame machines, welders, dent pullers, and other repair tools.Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
