JOB SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW Provide professional and efficient Customer service on behalf of Nationwide On Shore Customer Services. Utilize good customer service for resolving customer queries for Nationwide customers with reference to Kitchen Appliances.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES * Resolve known customer issues through the use of a knowledge base. Be responsible to deliver a high-quality, customer-driven, support service resolving customer inquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.

Shift Timing – Morning Shift 3 AM – 1 PM (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Annual Starting Salary – 1,80,000 INR
