Duties and responsibilities
Enhance organization’s visibility and presence on various social media channels
Monitor the progress and growth rate of different marketing campaigns launched on various social media
channels
Publish and share engaging content
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Handle customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances that come through various social media
channels
Manage WhatsApp and Instagram to resolve customer queries before and after the purchase
Convert queries / leads into orders (business development)
Pay utmost attention to details
Manage customers queries in their preferred language i.e., English or Hindi
Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner
Understand the category of tableware and home décor thoroughly
Help customers with technical & billing related queries
Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer’ queries are resolved
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
Proficient in handling social media channels
Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
Should be able to manage escalations and queries
Good typing skills
