Role Overview: As the Creative Head / Social Media Manager, Founder’s Office, you will work closely with the Founders and be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. Your role will involve crafting and executing innovative social media strategies, managing influencer relationships, and overseeing the creative direction of our campaigns. You will work closely with our team to ensure our brand’s voice is consistent and impactful across all platforms.

Position: Creative Head, Core Team-Founder’s OfficeLocation: New Town, Kolkata, India Availability: HybridPaid – Stipend will be decided based on portfolio/experienceKey Responsibilities:Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and industry contacts for collaborative projects and shoots. Should have a credible network within the industry; therefore content creators, influencers, models and likewise. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Coordinate and plan creative shoots, including scheduling, moodboard creation, and logistical arrangements. Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content across various social media channels. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to refine strategies and drive growth.

Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with marketing team to run advertisement campaigns and align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Qualifications:Experience as a Social Media Manager, Creative Director, or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage influencer partnerships and execute creative campaigns. Excellent lobbying, organisational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
