The OnProcess Technology team is a 100+ organization that is tasked with the creation and support of all technology needed to provide world class level services in the service supply chain field. The team is global in its execution with members based in Massachusetts-US, Kolkata-India; Sofia-Bulgaria. The technology environment is based on a mobile and cloud first approach; with hybrid Azure based Cloud Services and Microsoft based technologies providing the foundation for all development.

Duties –*

• For the individual work packages, support the test manager by contributing to the test plans, suggesting test methodologies, the test readiness reviews, test progress reporting, the test completion/summary Reports and test defect reports
• Prepare test conditions, test scripts, expected results, test coverage analysis and define risk-based analysis for a given testing effort
• Work closely with business analysis team when preparing test scripts and conditions
• Work closely with Technology partners to secure access to test environment and data and technical support
• Execute test conditions and maintain a record of test outputs including list of defects and actions for resolution
• Play a lead role in the analysis and reporting of test results, working closely with business, technology and support areas to investigate and interpret test findings.
• Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology suppliers and operational support areas in order to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues, suggest solutions and identify areas for service improvement
• Maintain requirement traceability and coverage matrix
• Work independently and as part of global team to deliver quality products out of App engineering team

Qualifications –*

• Required –

• 7+ years in Technology Delivery group contributing as Manual / Automation Tester
• Experience in writing/contributing to a Test Strategy; Must have direct hands-on exposure in writing detailed Test Plans and executing them as per plan (specific cases are – Functional, Regression, System Integration, Performance, Operational Readiness etc.)
• Experience in providing empirical or established method-based estimations for a set of modules/project and suggesting resource plan
• Expert in writing detailed, structured Test Scripts using best practice test design principles and generation of Test reports following organizational templates and Test Plans.

• Exposure to leading test management and automation tools, such as Test Director, Quick Test Pro, Selenium etc.
• Advanced SQL programming skills and detailed analysis/validation of data cross a variety of upstream and downstream systems.
• Experience of manual and database testing throughout full development lifecycle
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel for structured reporting

Preferred –*

• Worked for 1+ years with International development team-members
• Some experience in Service Operations and/or Logistics domain would be a strong plus
• Experience with Automation (Selenium, QTP, Performance Testing Tools (Loadrunner etc.) would be good
• Experience working in an Agile delivery model (Scrum, Kanban) environment
• Previous exposure of Salesforce environment and any cloud based (preferably Azure or AWS/Google) environment from Test management perspective

Work Environment –*

• Typical office hours would have OVERLAP with US EST working hours (8 AM EST to 5 PM EST) with flexible work schedule based on project and team members participation and shift schedule
• Expect daily use of video conferencing and video presentations when remote and as part of an international teams
