Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Will be responsible for primarily meeting hiring requirement for the base location and other regions.
Making daily min 80 calls to the prospective candidates from the same industry.
Sourcing, Interviewing, Negotiating, offering, joining within TAT.
Expertise in sourcing through various recruitment channels like Job Portal, Social Media sites, Competitor Mapping, Employee References, Networking.
Active involvement in Talent Management along with Talent Acquisition.
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Maintaining HR MIS and sharing update to HO on regular basis.
Handling Branch related matters pertaining to petty cash, admin, compliance, Employee Engagement Activities.
Required Education, Skill Set & Knowledge
MBA with specialization in HR, Preference for candidates from financial sector, particularly broking and Investment Banking.
Should have good communication & presentation skills.
Pleasing and positive attitude.
Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
Relationship building skills.
